Procedural 2D avatar studio in the browser: build characters with SVG geometry, compose expressions and blink animations, then export snapshots, ZIP packages, or a standalone engine.
By Stéphane Montlouis-Calixte, a browser authoring tool for procedural 2D avatars that pairs 3D-inspired geometry with SVG rendering. Construct a neutral face, drag eyes and features into place, layer expressions relative to that baseline, then sequence them on a timeline with loop modes and auto-blink. Double-click labels to rename characters, browse preset avatars like Strobi and Cubee, and export snapshots, ZIP packages, or standalone runtime files without depending on the studio UI. AGPL-3.0 open source, with English and French interface copy.
